Privacy

This notice explains what information University Wins collects through this website, including its Athletics, Competitions and Scholarships pages, and how we use it. It covers this website only. Competition entries and scholarship applications will have their own policies.

What we collect

• Get-started requests: your name, email, role, school or organization, interests and message.
• Email signups: your email address and which page you signed up from.
• Basic technical data: standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and follow up about our programs.
• To send the updates you signed up for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We don’t sell your personal information.

Students under 18

Some of our programs are open to high school students. If you’re under 18, please have a parent or guardian review this notice with you before you sign up.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from people, not bots. Emails are sent, and signup contacts stored, using Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
